SVP, Commerce & Lifecycle Operations

Jigna Shah is SVP, Commerce & Lifecycle Operations at Cisco. Shah and her team are responsible for running and transforming the Commerce Operations Experience, enabling clients to conduct Cisco’s ~$57B business at scale. In this role Shah is responsible for running a digital-first, operational engine that creates a frictionless client experience across New Offer Introductions, Quote to Cash, Goal to Commission, Recurring Software and Services, Partner Business Services and Licensing. Her team also owns Product Management for Enterprise and Segment Agreement Buying Programs. Bringing deep domain expertise, her team reduces operational complexities and seamlessly integrates new business models with existing.

Prior to her Commerce Operations Experience role, Shah was VP, Information Technology, Management & Finance, responsible for the strategy, architecture, transformation, delivery and operations of Cisco’s core ERP and non-ERP platforms and services supporting the Finance and Legal functions. She has extensive senior IT and operations leadership experience at Cisco, including head of Incubation and Scaling as well as SaaS Operations services where she was instrumental in commercializing ~200 new software and recurring revenue offers and buying programs across the Commerce Lifecycle. In addition, Shah led the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) transformation program and the IT effort for establishing the EDW platform within the enterprise data model for Financial Measures. She began her career journey at Cisco as an IT Engineer where she designed and developed various Channels business systems. 

Shah is a problem solver at heart and is passionate about accelerating transformation, innovation and process simplification, experience-led design, solving business problems using technology, and bringing the power of data and insights to influence key business decisions. 

She has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and MBA in Finance.

In her personal time, Shah enjoys traveling, hiking, and practicing yoga.
