Ganesha Rasiah is the SVP of Transformation Ops at Cisco. He leads a global team accountable for designing, delivering and operating new capabilities to enable Cisco’s transformation. This transformation charter includes an acceleration to recurring revenue, enablement of Cisco+ and XaaS offers, routes to market design and development, product management and development of enterprise agreements, hybrid and multi-cloud strategy and execution, acquisition success, and change management.
Prior to Cisco, Ganesha was a partner at Deloitte (Monitor Deloitte & Deloitte Digital), focused on the high tech and communications sectors. During his time there, Ganesha lead client partner relationships with Deloitte’s global crown jewel clients. His primary focus was in acceleration of B2B businesses through digital platforms. He led several client engagements focused on digital transformation and SaaS/HWaaS strategy working closely with the C-suite of 25+ Fortune 500 companies around the world.
Ganesha began his professional career in semiconductors at Conexant Systems where he designed network processors / programmable ASICs that provided traffic shaping capabilities for the routing and switching products of Cisco, Nortel, Lucent, Nokia and others.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Telecommunications) from McGill University in Montreal, and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Wireless & Mobile Communications) from Columbia University in New York.
