Alistair's career in technology spans more than 20 years leading software, sales, and customer experience organizations. He has held key leadership roles across Cisco's Global Customer Experience organization, including Senior Vice President (SVP) of Cisco CX Europe, Middle, East & Africa (EMEA), SVP, CX AMERICAS, and most recently SVP, Global Customer Experience. He has also held executive positions at technology stalwarts such as Microsoft, Salesforce, and VMware.
Alistair is an Information Technology graduate of Leeds Beckett University, UK. He is a passionate advocate for diversity and equity in the workplace, and an active sponsor for the emerging talent community.
